These terms and conditions relate to all and any agreement between us when you purchase a downloadable PDF -file from us. 

By visiting the birgittajadenfelt.com website you accept, and agree to, the content of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to check regularly before ordering. This does not affect your statuary rights.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You specifically agree that we have no liability in respect of this clause and furthermore you will indemnify us for any loss whatsoever. 

The downloadable PDF-patterns are for your personal use only. It is not allowed to sell, give away or hand them over to other persons.  

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Prices and Payment:

The total price for a website order is displayed and confirmed upon checkout before placing the order.

The price of the downloadable PDF files include VAT (value added tax) where applicable.

Prices for the PDF-files are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be made in full, by credit/debit card, or PayPal before any downloads are e-mailed to you. We consider payment to be received and cleared when it has been processed, transferred to and reached our account. 

For security birgittajadenfelt.com uses encryption. In addition, if you pay using a third party such as PayPal, you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the third party. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 

Refunds:

There are no refunds or exchanges for The downloadable PDF-files that you have purchased. 

Submissions:

If you send photos of quilts made from our patterns, or comments about the patterns, whether online or by email, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, and publish any photos or comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments or photos, or (3) to respond to any comments. 

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service of the birgittajadenfelt.com website or any related website. You may not use a false e‑mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments.
